A sumptuous 25-year-old single malt from Benriach, crafted from a blend of unpeated and peated spirit, and aged in a combination of sherry, bourbon, virgin oak, and Madeira wine casks. Benriach’s signature sweet Speyside smoke gradually mellows, blending seamlessly with the fruit, malt, and oak over its long maturation. After 25 years, the whisky reveals rich caramelized smoke, with its depth and complexity elevated by the multi-cask aging process.
NOSE
Smoky apricot and dark cherry, complemented by chocolate and hazelnut toffee.
PALATE
Baked apples and orange peel, with honeyed malt, peat smoke, toasted oak spice and cinnamon.
FINISH
Long with smoky caramel.
