Since then, it has become a celebrated icon of The Art of Japanese Whisky, embodying the essence of Japanese nature and craftsmanship. Hibiki is a harmonious blend of malt and grain whiskies from three renowned distilleries – Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita – meticulously crafted to deliver a symphony of flavors and aromas. With unprecedented demand for Japanese whiskies leading to the discontinuation of most age statements, the award-winning Hibiki 21-year-old expression remains a cherished part of the Hibiki portfolio.

This 100th Anniversary limited edition whisky celebrates a century of craftsmanship by the House of Suntory, offering whisky enthusiasts the chance to savor a piece of its storied legacy. Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo and team chose Mizunara oak as a tribute to Japanese heritage, stepping away from the traditional sherry cask in favor of something bolder and more distinctive. This bold choice gave rise to a fresh take on Harmony, one that’s defined for the first time by the distinctive character of Mizunara.

NOSE

Refined and elegant, with vibrant notes of kumquat and jasmine, complemented by a whisper of Japanese incense.

PALATE

A delicate floral sweetness unfolds, leading to a harmonious blend of spiced Japanese sandalwood and agarwood.

FINISH

Long and rich, with lingering undertones of spiced Mizunara oak.
