The second release in the Springbank Sherry Wood Series, this 10-year-old whisky continues the exploration of different sherry cask styles. Distilled in 2013, it spent six years in bourbon barrels before finishing in Palo Cortado Sherry hogsheads for four years, lending its rich sherried goodness to Springbank’s character.

NOSE

PALATE
Soft peat smoke weaves through flavors of red velvet cake, strawberry, and a dusting of icing sugar.
FINISH
