Suntory, a pioneer of Japanese whisky, was founded by Shinjiro Torii with a vision of creating an original Japanese whisky blessed with the riches of Japanese nature and craftsmanship. It all began with Japan’s first malt whisky distillery at Yamazaki in 1923, and this legacy continues through Torii’s family and Suntory’s second Master Blender, with distilleries now established across the country. Named Distiller of the Year four times at the International Spirits Challenge in London, Suntory has become synonymous with some of the world’s finest Japanese whiskies – a legacy truly worth celebrating.
