Decades in Oloroso sherry casks promise a profound Tomatin, delivering a smooth and rounded triumph of dark and tropical fruits, warming spice with just a hint of oak. This is one of only 600 bottles ever produced, making it as rare as it is exquisite.

NOSE

Its gloriously mature nose combines tropical fruits (pineapple, papaya, banana) with hints of paprika and sandalwood.

PALATE

Unctuous yet lively for its age, it delivers sweet tropical fruits accented by a subtle oiliness.

FINISH

Long and complex, with hints of sea salt and warming spice, finishing with a ripe peach aftertaste.
